If you need a professional qualification record, go to the Road traffic professional qualifications section.
You can use My e-Services to view information on your driving license and professional qualifications and print out extracts of them.
If you need a driving licence extract as a certificate, for example for education, work or a foreign driving licence, check from the recipient whether a printable extract from My e-Services is sufficient.

The driving licence extract and the professional qualification record are available in Finnish, Swedish and English.

View your information on the driving licence extract and/or professional qualification record
The driving licence extract contains information on:
- your latest right to drive and your driving licence
- valid permits issued to you (e.g., driving instruction permit or age exception permit)
- measures related to your right to drive and any traffic violations.
The professional qualification record contains information on:
- your professional qualifications
- your driver card
- your ADR driver training certificate
- your taxi driving licence.
Download or print out the driving licence extract or professional qualification record
If you wish, you can download and print out the driving licence extract or professional qualification record for yourself or submit the printout as a certificate for education, work or other purposes.
Ordering a certified driving licence extract
Check with the education provider, employer, foreign driving licence authority or other party in advance whether a driving licence extract printed from My e-Services is sufficient or whether the extract must be certified by Traficom.

Complete, print out and sign the order form and send it as a secure email to ajokorttiotetilaukset(at)traficom.fi.

Once the request has been processed at Traficom, the driving licence extract and invoice will be delivered by post to your home address.
The price of a driving license extract is EUR 5.60 + EUR 0.55 per page.
