After authentication, choose your user role: personal services or acting on behalf of your company/organisation.
You can use the "Retrieve tax debt data" service to find out if you have unpaid vehicle taxes, vehicle tax additional taxes or reassessments, vehicle taxes following first registration, or fuel fees. If you wish, you can print out or save it the information you receive. Identification is required to use the service.
Use the electronic service to obtain your tax debt data. The service shows only the amount of outstanding taxes and you can only retrieve your own tax debt data.
Follow the steps below
You can retrieve your tax debt data under “Vehicles and taxation”
Select Vehicle tax and services and after that select Retrieve tax debt data.
Specify the time period from which you want to retrieve the data and confirm your choice.
The service will provide you with the tax debt data if the search is successful
After this, you can print out or save the tax debt report in PDF format.
If you cannot use My e-Services, you can enquire about your tax debt by sending email to kirjaamo(at)traficom.fi or by post to: Finnish Transport and Communications Agency, PO Box 320, FI-00059 Traficom.
Specify the time period from which you want to retrieve the data.
The handling of personal matters via email should be carried out using a secure connection to ensure that the information cannot be accessed by external parties.
